History of the Camp

Back in the 1960s a new and cool summer camp emerged called "Camp Big Lake". It was opened by Camp Master Timberwolf. It was the number 1 place to send children. For a decade the camp became a big spot. There were teams and fun exciting camp activities. Teams were very distinct and made their cabin and the camp their own. It was the greatest No Parent Paradise.
However, one of the cabins, The Big Beavers, is claimed to start stories about the lake monster and ghosts! The Survivor Squirrels were known the explore and were out for long periods of time and they never said why or how they got lost, despite they knew their way around the camp. In 1979, campers were sad to see chains and signs as the camp closed down mysteriously with no explanation and never to be open again.
Until recently, new Owner and Camp Mistress, Eve Currie "Sunshine", opened the camp back up again, as "Camp Juniper Lake", she is starting from scratch repainted and repaired everything and hopes to open by the Summer of 2019.
Do you dare join the camp this summer or are you afraid of the "lake monster"?
